It is important that you enter Invoice No and Full Name in the renewal Order Form below for our reference (* Required Fields). Invoice No is located at the top-right of your invoice.
REFERENCE:
“You” means the CLIENT who we make this agreement with for the Hosting service. These contract terms and conditions have been written with the aim of ensuring that we are able to provide the level of service we strive for.
CONFIRM YOUR ACCEPTANCE:
By clicking the "Subscribe" button and "I have read and agreed to the Website Hosting Agreement" checkbox displayed as part of the ordering/ renewal process, you agree to the Website Hosting Agreement and subscribe to our hosting service for further 12 months. Please note that this payment method is billed on an automatic basis. We will automatically renew your hosting service on an annual basis when it is due for renewal and will take payment from the payment method you have selected via PayPal gateway, unless you provide at least 28 days’ prior written notice to Kongnect Design to cancel the service before the due date. Your renewal date is printed on your invoice.
Where applicable, we will provide the hosting service (the Hosting Package as chosen by you) in accordance with the contract terms and conditions (clauses) as outlined in the Website Hosting Agreement. They set out the basis on which we offer our hosting subscription service and should be read carefully.
